Bad Service and no feedback

<p>I have two contracts with Vodacom and one was coming to an end in October 2016, i called them in september cancel it as they said you must give one month notice prior to the cancellation. to my surprise at the end of November they deducted R4500 from my account and I called no one could explain to me as to what happend. I ended up going to voda world in midrand and only to find that the agent who assisted me cancelled the wrong contract hence they deducted so much money which was the cancellation fee, so the agent then cancelled the correct one meaning both contracts are now cancelled but I reversed the money from the bank beacouse I had plans with that money.</p> <p> </p> <p>They told me that they will investigate the matter and give me feed back of which they never did. on the 3rd of May 2017 I went back to vodaworld to find out whats happening, the lady who was assisting me told me that they handed me to legal and they might say that I owe them of which I don't understand why should I owe them in the 1st place, she then wrote an email to the Legal dept explaining my story, she told that I will get feedback from 7 to 14 working days and till today I'm still waiting.</p> <p><br /> </p> <p>I wanted to upgrade my Phone but now i'm thinking of porting my number to another network.</p> <p> </p> <p>VODACOM IS **** ON A SEROIUS NOTE!!!</p>
