bad service and lies

I have a business contact which im paying 2000 per month for . <br> taken on the 4th dec 2014 . I sent my phone in on the 25th may within the 6 months , which if my phone could not be repaired , I should have got a new one as per Vodacom agreement . they could not repair it and sent back a refurbished one , which began troubling with same day . ( the 5 th of june ) <br> I sent it back this morning the 8th of june , sadly it froze and wiped out all my business info . and the only reason is cos Vodacom sent me a phone that was not working proper .<br> now its gone back , no info , no phone again and as usual , no help from them
