BAD SERVICE AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE

Good day <br> <br> <br> <br> I have to bring this Nightmare to Vodacom customer service attention . I have being trying to port since half past 8 till now at 10H00, I was put from pillar to post and the attitude of your consultants really left a bitter taste in my mouth .<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> I am using MTN and wanted to change to Vodacom and keep my number , But *** sent me to *** and I was thrown back and forth like a stress ball and until now I have decided to give up and continue with my mtn number .<br> <br> <br> <br> The lack of product knowledge, Bad attitude , and time wasted waiting for long only to be kicked back and fourth like a ball in soccer field its just not worth it.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> I am really shocked , and don't think I am prepared to dig and find for a simple serve like that.<br> <br> <br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Sharon <br> <br> ***
