Bad Service and Inconvinience

Dear Cassandra

To my disappointment my ********** 325 line is still off.Not only is this disrupting my life but at work too I am now in trouble as a result of this. People are unable to reach me.

So, my brother went again to the vodacom dealer in king Williams town at MetLife mall!! After they said on Monday it will be sorted. Today they are saying something completely different that they can't do the reversal. I must now take my ID go to them and do a sim swap.

Why was my line switched off in the first place ,when they could have pre-empted the consequences.

Why must I run around when the request was clear that, we are taking a contract phone but want to retain the prepaid number. All that they did was to close my line and now I find myself stuck with a number that I don't want.

It's month end I need to pay my bills, my OTP for banking goes through that number,

This is totally unacceptable to say the least and extremely disappointing.

Can someone who gets paid to think and action please assist me? Pretty please?

Regards

Pholisa

Sent from my iPhone

On 30 May 2017, at 5:05 PM, Pholisa Mgidlana ********** wrote:

Good Day

I noted that I received missed calls from 082 number. The new number is ********** 015, that is the number I don't want to use but retain my 060 number.

He went yesterday, assuming that tomorrow I would have my ********** 325 back on vodacom network.

We will see how it goes tomorrow.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Regards

Pholisa

Sent from my iPhone

On 29 May 2017, at 4:23 PM, ********** ********** wrote:

Dear Pholisa,

Sorry to hear about your terrible experience at the store.

I tried calling you.
