Bad service and ******* action on my account

I have cancelled my contract . I was now informed that with my last payment of this month the amount will be R110 more because they elected to cancel the special I had on this contract for the last month. To sort this out is impossible and I am told that should I cancel this debit order I will be liable for the bank charges involved.
