Bad service and ***** consultant at vodacom cellphone contract division!

Good day all, I just want to share my experiences about vodacom contract division. I had a contract with vodacom w and when it ended the consultant at vodacom extended the contract without my consent and collected the phone, I realized when they started devoting my account and reversed payments if more than 3 months installment. I then was called that I owe vodacom and when I was busy resolving this matter another contract was opened with my name. So now I have under my name two cellphone contract that I don't know about and I am getting calls from lawyers. I am extremely tired because I had to submit affidavits to vodacom ***** department to he cleared. This shows that our personal information cn be used which ever way when it is in the hands of wrong people in this companies. I want vodacom to contact me and clear my name from their records as well as their selected attorneys. The years are between 2016 and 2018.
