bad service and empty promises

internet has been off for 6 days because the rooter is not responding .we were promised that a technician will be sent out on Friday already with no response. we have been calling Vodacom fiber dept. more than 20 times and every time you are been given the same response , the matter has been escalated or we are off line . no line manager or supervisor available
