Bad service and disgusting

Bad service and disgusting .Bought a router which i told them is not working call center agents kept on advising me to fix this and that and still was not working now they billed me for a router i cannot use with data i cannot access they promised to fetch it till now nothing happened .This is bad really do not recommend client to deal with them anymore .For my reference use my mobile no *** in all your repeated call and logs.
