Bad service and attitude

I am getting bad service from the Vodacom data store in baywest mall from staff and management 1st they misplace my phone then lose my paper work did sipmit them both at the same time for an insurance claim have contacted Vodacom custemer service but even they don't want to keep that shop accontbal 6 weeks later stil no phone or any respons from them can u help me plz ********** 759

Got a call from a dud name stander or somthing even that Vodacom is in breach off contact with me stil playing hard ball and even the fackt that that store mest up stil do not want to keep them responsib and is stil saying i am to pay the acsis even after all
