Bad service and ***********

I am super inconvenienced by Vodacom, i am trying to apply with Financial Institution but i am told i have a debt of 24k of my contract that i took in 2021. I settled my contract 3 months in to it but it was not closed just put INACTIVE that is still showing on Credit Bearou. Why ? CAN YOU JUST SEND ME MY SETTLEMENT LETTER, I DONT OWE YOU GUYS
