Bad Service all round from Vodacom
After Vodacom finally contacted me regarding a laptop and other things they said were free. They picked up all the free things but no one has contacted me again to offer a replacement because it was free and to offer a refund for charging me for my "free" stuff. Absolutely terrible service. Would not recommend to anyone. Bad service all round. Considering cancelling all my contracts with Vodacom. There has to be a better service provider out there that can actually help with my queries!
