Bad service after porting to MTN

Ive been struggling this whole week for my Vodacom sim to be deactivated. I ported to MTN over the weekend, and by Tuesday I noticed I wasnt getting all my calls. I called the porting and after a 3 hour struggle it was said it was a routing problem on Vodacoms side. So the consultant informed me she will turn it over to the technicians and it will be deactivated in 48 hours. Well 48 hours later, and the sim is still not deactivated. I called the porting department again, and according to them it is "deactivated". Well it was not, and now it has been handed over to the technicians again, and I have to wait another 48-72 hours. This is totally unacceptable and pathetic service which you are wasting my time with and I want this resolved as soon as possible.

Another 72 hours have past and my sim is yet to be deactivated. And I have yet to receive a call from Vodacom. I called the Porting service AGAIN and the consultant said the the technicians have not tended to my request to deactivate the sim which I asked for LAST Thursday already. Can it really be that difficult just ti deactivate my sim and route it correctly??
