Bad service after bad service from Vodacom.

I received a call on the 6th of August 2024 from a guy called Dominic Martin Moses regarding a promo or so that Vodacom will give me a Note 50 realme for an extension of 6 months on my existing contract. I took the offer and to my surprise Dominic Martin made it a 24 months contract. I sent him mail after mail and he completely ignored me to date and when I asked if he is still working there they said yes he is. I called Vodacom last week Thursday and reported the matter and they said they will investigate and get back to me by last week Thursday COB. Today it is Monday and I am yet to receive a call from them. The nice part is l have all this one mail. Don't know what is wrong with Vodacom these days, bad service after bad service. Even last year late I was writing a report about them on Hello Peter. I think it is time they look for dedicated stuff members. People like Dominic are tarnishing your name VODACOM.
