Bad service affecting my life

Vodacom has blacklisted me while i dont have an account with vodacom. Now my credit score is affected due to people who does not know how to do their job. And now im being sent from pillar to post. My dream home will never happen becouse im redlisted. Vodacom please find a solution to my problem mot to give me numbers that are not working. My life is at stack here im very young for such a profile.I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH VODACOM
