Bad service

Last year I've bought a Sony Xperia from Vodacom shop in Sanlam Center in Parow Cape Town and i insured it, so 3 weeks back my phone starting to give me problems so i decided to took it back for repairs in V&A Waterfront Vodacom. Last week i received messages that told me to come and collect it, i went there on Saturday on the 24 August 2019, when i got there nobody seems to have information about the phone and the was a paper that came with the phone from repairs with the code on their knowledge it not repaired but they tried to call the technician from Century City to find out what's happening with the phone but they could not reach anyone there so they asked me to come again during the week because all of their technician only work Monday-Friday. In the following week i receive a call from one of the technician telling me that my phone has been fixed i can come any day to collect it, so on Friday i went there to collect it i asked the person who helped me to switch it on so that i see that its fixed she told me the battery is flat and they don't have a charger so i took it home charged it for more than two hour but it does not show any indication that it is working, i left it on a charger eventual it turned on its self i went to bed the following day the phone does not want to work again until this moment,
