Bad service

Had a billing query with vodacom It took so long to resolve and eventually we reached a decision that i will be credited So the guy told me the amounts to pay which i did and now i get calls and smses saying im in arreas

Tried emailing him and vodacom back and no response

Its very annoying to have to come to hello peter to get vodacom to contact me
