Bad Service

My name is Nobuhle ... i would like to complain about vodacomshop gateway mall they gave me such a terrible service i have order a phone on the past Monday i was told to wait for stock today i called the store to check my stock they told me they was no order placed for me , i am very disappointed with the customer service given and the consultant Viresh - Vantkumari was not bothered about what i needed and today i called for a manager and the manager never came to speak to me on the phone.
