Bad service

I bought 1gig data for one day and the was no network da whole day and i tried downlaoding i couldn't and at 12:00 clock i forfeited the data.I am not happy about vodacom and for the past year I banned vodacom didn't buy airtime or data for da same reason and recently started buying airtime n data from vodacom and I'm back to square one i guess vodacom is not for me and i will use da sim to recieve calls as i have this number for a very long time now,I very disappointed
