Bad service
The expirience and treatment to my 71 year old mother in Kokstad and vodacare port shepstone is disgusting and unacceptable. , i am disgusted on the treatment and even worse the arrogance of a guy at claims in kokstad shop. Who does not want to listen to customers point of view.
