Bad Service
Vodacom customer care line offers no customer care. It is pathetic to say the least, go through all the voice prompts, and at the end you get told "due to unforeseen circumstances the customer care center is unavailable, please call back later. Seems as if the staff are not interested in talking to us, the paying customers. ******* service
