BAD SERVICE!!!!!

On the 11th Saturday I upgrade my - new Iphone 6. Because of a simswop the phone was left alone. The 14th my 2 year old got her tonsils removed. That's when we saw that my camera is blurry. Keep in mind we live in Swartklip - about 2 hours from Rustenburg! The doctor said we can't take my daughter out the house to prevent infection, I called Vodacom Waterfall mall and they said I must take the phone to a repair shop. On the Tuesday the 21, we took my daughter back, I took my phone to Vodacom Repairs Rustenburg (JR Cellular solutions) The lady helping me made it clear that we were out of the 7 days (out of the box time) no matter what. and that I had to bring the phone in... (wow I was shocked - Un humanly - (child is sick, distance, petrol :-( ) I agreed to send my NEW phone for repairs. They had to put my sim card back in my blackberry, but the couldn't cause they didn't have the nano adaptor. Simswap then - after a while I ask the guy what's he looking for, cause his walking around 15 minutes already. Some kind of number on a phone. We left the shop and went 2 shops down and bought a adopter at a cellphone shop. I'm with Vodacom from 2007, this is pathetic.
