Bad service

Vodacom decided to change my debit order date to a day before my actual pay date and now I have a returned debit order plus fees and bad credit record against my impeccable credit record. The agent Amahle wants to convince me I changed my debit order date as if I'm crazy and don't know when I get paid, they've been tracing payment and because salary payments were early the last couple of months because of weekends they just went ahead and changed the date eventhough the date on my contract is for a set date. Who's supposed those fees and what about my credit record 😡
