Bad Service

In November 2019 I went to Vodacom shop in Nelson Mandela Square to settle my arrears and update my banking details because debit order were running from my no longer active bank account. But the lady who was helping me didn't do her job properly because on the 1st of January I discovered that my line was locked. On the 4th of January 2020 I called Vodacom to unlock my number. I asked why is my my number locked. The lady I spoke with told me that it's because they are not receiving payments. I didn't understand why they were not receiving payments, so I checked the payment details they had on the system and to my surprise they had incorrect payment details. The reason, I was surprised it's because I already gave my correct banking details when I went to a Vodacom shop in Sandton, Nelson Mandela Square. Any how, I gave the lady whom I was talking to my correct banking details for debit order payments. This month, February, I checked my line to see if it's now unlocked, to my disappointment, my line was still locked. Last night, I called Vodacom again and spoke to a lady named Felicity. And she told me that the reason my line is locked, it's because on her system I appear as a cash payer and my account is now under pre-legal and it is going to be handed over. I am a very dissatisfied with the service I am receiving from Vodacom. Please sort out my issue.
