Bad service

Vodabucks rewards are given to vodacom customers when purchasing airtime. I have attepted to use my vodabucks at the Vodastore. Unsuccessful for the past 2 weeks. I reported it yesterday Spoke to Alida and Wendy. I wad promised by Wendy that it will be escalated. . Checked today , problem still exists. S poke to Ula , had to repeat myself. I was told to wait another day. It was also suggested that i open the vodacom app again at my cost an see if it will work. Such incompetence. Bad service
