Bad Service

I bought a phone from cna and it stopped working couldnt switch it on and I took it to vodacom repairs cos my device is under vodacom put they told me they can't fix it and then Huawei forced them to coz they have a contract with Vodacom and now I'm here stranded without a phone which Huawei and Vodacom don't know when they will fix it I'm tired of running from pillar to post coz my phone is still under warranty
