Bad Service

I have app**** online for a laptop deal and entered very confidential details on the application. I have received 1 email back from the confirming the utilities and how i will be paying and nothing else. Yesterday someone called me and promised to call me back and never did. It is impossible to get hold of the call centre and their live chat site and one big lie because no one comes online to chat to you.
