BAD SERVICE

Inception date of my policy was 20/06/2014 and device was iPhone 5S, April 2016 iPhone was ******. I submitted my claim and May 2016 replaced the ****** iPhone with a Samsung S6 that I'm using now. I was confirmed that my new devise has been updated on my insurance policy. I have been paying R160 until now and Vodacom did not pick up that policy documents says insured device is an iphone that was ****** and replaced? I went to Vodacom to rectify this 3 weeks ago, completed an update form. Now my policy doc says I have insured a tablet, but I don’t have a tablet. This is really frustrating because *** is never answered and I have to now go to the nearest branch to sort this out. Inception date of my insurance is 20/06/2014 and now the new policy doc says inception is 14/09/2020.

Send numerous emails and they insist the insured device is S6 Galaxy and not tablet. The form I completed clearly states I'm insuring a phone and not a tablet.

Vodacom is very ***********, no service at all.

Insured device and premium are supposed to be fixed according to Tiffany Hampton. The form I completed my premium is supposed to be R149. I just received a text message reminding me of my premium of R192.25. My previous premium was R160 last payment was 01 September. My current should be R149, why am I being charged R192.25. This is not a new policy, it was an update which was supposed to have been done in 2016 already as per my visit at your Greenacres branch when I replaced the ****** phone. Please rectify this. This is really frustrating.
