Bad service

Guys at the store basically referred me to their other branches as they were out of stock, offline and had no updated pricelist on phones, which to me was an indirect way of telling me to go away. Not even offering to take my details and try and work towards a solution to my problem which was to get a new handset from my insurance. Sigh!
