Bad service

I have called Vodacom and made several follow up regarding a problem that we have around Mapetla at Soweto. Their Network is not working and a lot of people use it to do their work from home including me. I spoke to a guy buy the Name of Daniel yesterday(08/04/2020) and he promised to escalate the matter but my problem with him is that he gave me a wrong email address. this problem is been going on since December 2019. I now have to drive to another location and work from the street and get an open to, which poses danger to me and the company resources. My production went down because of this and my Job is on the line. I have about 6 references number from Vodacom and some of them are even closed without Vodacom dealing with the problem.
