Bad service
Am sick and tired of going around in circles with Vodacom they promise to fix their issue then they don’t do the right things It’s been over 6 weeks and they still haven’t pick up their phone I’ve logged this with them a million times and still nobody is able to do a simple thing like pick up a phone I don’t want and give me back my money

20 May 2021, 08:06 I cancelled my Vodacom contract on the 14/04/2021 and Vodacom was supposed to pick up the phone along time ago every time I call them they tell me that the collection has been logged I’ve even given them address to use to collect and still nothing
Now am being charged for a phone I haven’t been using
