Bad Service

I'm very disappointed with Vodacom services, lvam working from home using Vodacom router, all of a sudden the router has been suspended, l spoke with the consultant she confirmed that they are fixing the problem all of a sudden another consultant said that there is a problem with my router after l paid. Mt router doesn't owe, but it is suspended.l don't think l would renewed the contract, this is the 3rd day without the network.
