Bad service

I have received bad service over the phone No1 see to know what they talking about. Even with me explaining the story over and over. I ask to speak to manager or complaint I am being told No1 is available so please tell me who over see the agents. I am very disappointed and it's not the first time I am being mislead by agents over the phone
