Bad Service

I sent my tablet in for repairs and it got lost, when I asked about my tablet after 3 weeks they dont know where it is. Then I sent my phone in for repairs, it came back after nearly 4 weeks and it was still not working. I took it back the next day, it is now nearly 4 weeks later and I still have not received my phone back. 2 months, how pathetic!
