Bad Service

Very bad service from vodacom , they went and do the upgrade on my number without my permission, from the 1st of February I've been trying to ask them to cancel it but till today they haven't they just keep on telling me that somebody will phone me.back which hasn't happen I even sent few email to their customer care complaint and I'm not getting any response. Please help
