Bad Service

We have been a client for many years, In September we upgraded 2 lines. On Saturday we went to Makro Cape Gate to upgrade one of our other lines. ***, was then advised that we are under debtreview. This is not true. Were do you get that from? The assistant at this store was rude and not helpful. Please get your system updated and remove this status asap, or we will be cancelling all our lines with Vodacom.
