BAD SERVICE

You see a goal on your Vodacom App and when you do it - they do not give your Vodabucks. I have to contact them every single time to get my Vodabucks out of them. Today I phone because on the 8th I did a goal and now they said I did it and can not do it twice. Why will it stay on my goals if I already did it. They have to take it off because now we use I airtime to complete goals but we did not get our Vodabucks. The consultant I spoke to is very rude and unprofessional.
