Bad service

Vodacom is useless. They keep shunting me around. I have been down this road last year and they still cannot get it right.

I had a contract for 1000MB down & 250MB up at an acceptable price. They renewed the contract at a higher price for half the speed, without discussing it with me.

Their call centre has me running around in circles, repeatedly confirming my details without resolving the issue. I have tried to sort this out and all I got was an e-mail saying the matter was resolved, without saying what the decision was.

Totally unacceptable.

I have an awful feeling about this. The last time I had such shoddy help was from Raru when it was going bankrupt. Is this the beginning of the end?

Please just let me know by e-mail: do I get the service I want at a reasonable price or must I go elsewhere?
