Bad Service

I am very frustrated and dissatissfied with Vodacom service. firstly they sold me a phone which doesnt work , does not connect to the network and when i phoned the customer service nobody is able to help me.<br> never in my life have i came across such *********** people, i have spoken to 20 constultants including technicians however my query was not resolved. i've asked them to come and collect the phone they keep telling me my query was assigned to a consultant and they will contact me but nobody has..Vodacom is a usseless network provider and they treat their customers like shiit! i tried going to a vodacom shop in Eastrand mall but they also failled to help me..<br> i am so dissapointed &amp
