Bad service

Hi guys,

Someone from Vodacom used my personal details to open up a contract without my knowledge or consent.

I've been emailing your customer support people since February without any success. This affects my credit score as it appears I app**** for credit when I didn't. I've never had a Vodacom contract, and I don't understand who would be doing so.

The hard search was done on the 26th of January.
