Cellphone number : *** Client Ported to Vodacom 04 December Three official Loggs were created for the following issue (Client can receive sms but cannot Send SMS at all)
10 Dec Call Logged 14 Dec Call Logged 08 Jan Call Logged
Each time the call was closed saying tested and resolved. Client was not reached on her number or the alternative contract number ***
This issue is now sitting with Main IT Desk and no turn around time or solution. INC***
