Bad service

Since my last review no one has gotten back to me or reached out stating what they are going to do about my previous complaint. Apparently a consultant will be in touch, but since Sunday when i raised my complaint nothing. Really never been this disappointed since joining Vodacom in 1999. If this is how you treat your customers, i do not want to be a client with you anymore. Rather go to another provider.
