BAD SERVICE

I booked my Samsung S5 in for repairs at vodacom repairs store in alberton on the 4th of April ... Got a SMS stating its booked in .... I was informed it would cost me R285,for the repairs ... No communication from them up to Wednesday...I then decide to call in and was told oh u need to accept quote of R599 before we start repairing ... Accept the quote still no call or SMS .. Decided to call on Friday the 8th guess what ur quote hasn't been accepted or declined pls advise if u are happy with the quote .. Accepted the quote AGAIN still no SMS .... I call in just after 3 to make sure it has been sent to a technician ... Oh we don't have spares your fone will be repaired after Wednesday only n no one bothered to even inform me... What pathetic service ..after a whole week of nothing my fone is still not repaired and will be sent back cos I cantbeaot another week for my fone to be repaired.... Vodacoms service is appalling ...pathetic ... If this is what u call customer service then I don't know honestly .... I'm cancelling my contract with vodacom and will use a different service provider that's willing to treat theircustomers better
