BAD SERVICE
On the 22nd of October 2021, i lodged a complaint regarding the 4 vouchers i had won on the Vodacom app. According to the store i went to, the vouchers were declared invalid. It's been over 2 weeks waiting for feedback from vodacom. I was told that the back office is investigating the matter. To date i haven't received any feedback.
