Bad service

I had issues with Vodacom network on my router, well that was sorted out as they cancelled my contract with them. Now here is another predicament. few months back i paid for a number change and had issues with them because it took a while for the number to actually change. Had an up and down with their technicians for weeks till it was sorted out. now i have a contract with them and my old number shows when i text people instead of the new one I paid for. I just wish they could also terminate all my contracts with them so I have peace of mind
