Bad service

The so called mondo who called me on behalf of vodacom, contacted me on the 20th Of February 2020 to offer me simcard with 10 gigabyte, after agreed to the deal, she said the sim card will be delivered to me with 3 to 5 working day, today is the 4th day, no courier has contacted me. When call both vodacom and mondo they are telling me on system, my application still pending. This was not what I was told, I need the sim card delivered tomorrow.
