Bad service

Most useless bunch of people and network provider ever. After my first review on hello peter,a consultant phoned me and till today they did not resolve my problem. I have been waiting for 3 weeks a total of 15 working days for a product I bought on the vodabucks store,just to tell me that the product is out of stock. So i phoned them to ask for a refund. So the consultant tells me that i need to wait anoter 7 to 10 working days for my money. Its really bad service this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for someone and times are tough now needed the money to buy a new gift. So thank you vodacom for letting me and my loved one down. You are useless
