BAD SERVICE!!!
Went today to pay my account at Vodacom in East Gate Mall. Had to wait over half an hour just to pay my account. Was shocked with the lack of service they gave me. You would expect more of such a big service provider. Please look at the service your staff is giving to your customers at that specific branch. I will not use that branch ever again just to pay my account! It's unexceptable!!!
