Bad service

I had a contract with Vodacom, it expired on the 12 of July 2019. I was surprised when I receive a statement stating that they will debit me on the 25 of August. I phoned vodacom wanted to know the reason. They told me that I have to cancel the contract so that they can stop debiting me. I phoned to cancel the contract. The lady who answered the phone asked me why do I want to cancel, I told her that the contract ended but vodacom keeps on debiting me, she said y don't I upgrade then I told her that the phone that I want is on special at Telkom, she asked me what kind of a phone do I want, I told her that it's a p30 lite. She said they also have at Vodacom and it's the same amount. I said OK then we did an upgrade. They delivered the phone on the 29 of July 2019. When I try to put two Sim it was only one Sim working, the other was not reading. I phoned Vodacom to ask about it then they told me that Vodacom phone it's a single Sim they don't have dual Sim. I told them that I am going to cancel because it is not the phone that I wanted. They kept on transferring me from one person to another until I find the lady who helped me with the collection number on the 31 of July 2019. She told me that it takes 3 to 7 working days for the courier to come and collect even though they took more than two weeks to come and collect. They said after the collection I must wait for 7 days and phone to cancel the contract. I did phone after 7 days then the lady who was assisting me said she logged a call I will receive an sms after 4 days then I must phone and give them the confirmation on the sms they they will do the cancelation. I didn't even receive that sms, I phoned again then the same lady said to me the person who was helping with the upgrade will cancel the contract with attitude and dropped the phone on my ear. I phoned again and spoke to the guy I explained my story to him then he said he will help to cancel the contract. I asked him to also cancel the number because I didn't want anything to do with Vodacom because their service is very poor. He said he canceled, I even received an sms from Vodacom then he said it will be activated from the 1st of September . On the 1st of October I tried to phone the number it did not exist so I thought the cancelation is active. On the 25 of September Vodacom debited me with R2852, whereas they were always debiting me with R210. I phoned on the 25 asked them to debit back my money because I needed it, they said to me they are offline since from Monday so they are not sure when they will be back online so they advise me to go and reverse the money as I need it urgently. The lady promised me that when they are back online, she will phone me. I went to the bank and reverse the money. She did phone me on the 26 told me that she tried to check but she cannot find anything under my details because the number that I was using is canceled, does not exist anymore. She said she will transfer me to the contract department. The contract department told me that they will not be able to help me at the number is no longer working, they will put me through to the account department also with attitude. The did transfer me to the account department the lady who was assisting also had attitude, she told me that the contract is not canceled so she will log a call so that the can reverse my money and cancel the contract. I told her that I reversed the money at the bank she said OK she will log a call so that they don't put me on arrears and cancel the contract. I asked her for a Ref number she said I won't get the Ref number before the call is been activated. She said I will receive the sms within 3 days to show that the call is logged with a Ref number. I did not receive any sms from Vodacom until yesterday I decided to phone them and ask. The lady who I spoke to told me there is no call logged even the contract is not canceled, and now the account is on arrears. She told me that she will log a call so that they can reverse the account from arrears there after they will cancel the contract. I do not trust Vodacom consultants anymore, they are not doing their job. I need someone help me to resolve this because now it's ruining my credit record.
