Bad service

I have a Vodacom number which I have had for a long time. I decided to stay with Vodacom and port my number to a nano card. It was problematic at first because they didn't realise they had given me a faulty card and the number didn't port. When I returned and told them that the simcard isn't working. They replaced it with a different simcard on opening the package I saw the card wasn't a nano card it was a micro sim card. My phone only takes a nano simcard. When I confronted Lionel he said that I wasn't \suppose\" to use the new simcard he gave me but the first nano card that was faulty. Apparently it was ticked on the card that I should use the card. If someone gives you a new simcard logical thinking would be to use it right??. Is this how Vodacom works now, passing the buck and blaming the customer. Does Vodacom not want my business? Because I have been a loyal customer for 11years. This is the Vodacom repair centre in old fort Road Durban "
