bad service

I opened up a contract at hi fi corp in Southgate mall on Saturday, that same day i have been approved for it but was told that the systems were offline and i should come in the next day. Today is Wednesday and i still have not recieved my phone. I have been up and down to that store now about 5 times.. The lady who helped me is off sick so the staff told me that there is nothing they can do because the lady is sick and that i should come back when she comes back.. Vodacom is deducting the money already off my account but i still do not have my phone.. That staff does not go the extra mile in assisting the customers.. Very poor service i must say!!!
